You end up getting bloated with gas and a bad feeling. Also very important to weight loss is sleep. Proper sleep reduces stress and keeps a healthy and fit body. Sleep is as important as air, water, and nutritious food. They are all necessary for a healthy and fit body.

Diet simply means the combination of foods we eat everyday; but more often than not, the word ‘diet’ is used to simply mean some form of restriction on eating. Well, why do we eat?
