There ARE things you can do to control them — you are in control! You can have weight loss as the control is in your hands.


Identify the Times When You Crave Foods!


Do you know your own triggers? What could be triggering the cravings? Are you bored, lonely, tired, and anxious? Look at ways of dealing with the emotions — if you are tired: take a nap; feeling down: take a brisk walk to boost serotonin levels; lonely: ring a friend, make plans to get together and give yourself something to look forward to. Don’t go for a meal, find something else that would be fun. I remember discovering that some people actually went to the movie to watch the movie, not for the popcorn and sodas. That was an eye opener for me. Plan to keep yourself busy if you know certain times you struggle with cravings.

That way I’ve flavored water but without the calories. Now I drink 3 of them a day to flush the toxins from my body. Do your best to limit sodas, even diet sodas, they are not healthy and even the diet ones make you crave sugar. Eat and drink REAL foods to lose weight naturally.


Why lose weight naturally. What is the number ONE Problem. It is in everything we eat that is processed. It is the most common food additive. In any weight loss program, sugar has to go.
